SHIPPING POLICY — Carlos Plushies

Processing Time: All orders are processed within 2 to 3 business days. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been placed.

Shipping Time: Once your order has been processed, the estimated delivery time is 7 to 12 business days. Please note that during periods of high demand, delivery may take a little longer.

Shipping Cost: We offer free worldwide shipping on all orders, with no minimum purchase required.

Tracking: Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a tracking number by email so you can follow your order every step of the way.

International Shipping: We ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may be subject to customs duties or import taxes imposed by your country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not covered by Carlos Plushies.
