RETURN POLICY — Carlos Plushies
We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days from the date you receive your order to request a return.
To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition you received it — unopened, unused, with tags, and in its original packaging. You'll also need the receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at almitarioss12@gmail.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.

Damages and Issues
Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or if you received the wrong item, so we can assess the problem and make it right.
Exceptions / Non-Returnable Items
We do not accept returns on items that have been opened or used. We also do not accept returns on sale items or gift cards. If you have a question about a specific item, please contact us before placing your order.
Exchanges
The fastest way to get what you want is to return the item and, once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.
Refunds
We will notify you once we've received and inspected your return, and let you know whether the refund has been approved. If approved, you'll be automatically refunded to your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that your bank or card issuer may take additional time to process and post the refund.
